The onset and progression of memory loss can be difficult for both individuals
and their loved ones. At Hyde Park Health Center, we have developed two
innovative programs to help residents with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia.
We provide independence in a safe, supportive environment with programs
tailored to their needs.

Assisted Living Memory Support

  • Ideal for patients with mild cognitive impairment or loss of memory

  • In-room call-response system

  • Safe, comfortable common areas, including a Club Room, Gathering Kitchen, and Williamsburg-inspired dining room

  • Staff members trained to offer encouragement and gentle reminders

  • Three chef-inspired meals per day in our restaurant-style dining room or delivered to your room
